Introducing New Payment Methods: QRIS, VietQR, QRPH, PayNow

Hawk Host has always made an effort to offer a diverse range of payment methods, as we know the standard credit/debit card or PayPal solutions are not always the best for our international customers. We are extremely happy to announce we now have four new payment methods available, with a primary focus on our customers from the Asia-Pacific and Indo-Pacific regions: QRPH, PayNow, VietQR and QRIS

By introducing these new payment methods, our hope is to simplify the payment process for our customers based in countries where these methods are natively supported and integrated right into your common banking or finance apps. Whether it’s VietQR for our Vietnamese users, QRPH for those in the Philippines, or QRIS for Indonesia, our new payment methods will expedite your payment process and greatly reduce the odds of a payment issue or error when signing up for hosting.

These new payment methods are available to all customers for all of our shared, reseller, semi-dedicated, or cloud compute hosting. Likewise, if you’re in the market for a domain, all domain registrations and renewals are eligible for all new payment methods.

QRIS

QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard) is an Indonesian bank-supported payment method that relies on QR codes to perform instant payments through digital wallets. Users can use their existing bank accounts and funds, or you can stop into your local store and add funds via cash to then make digital payments.

VietQR

VietQR is a bank-backed trusted and established payment method for users in Vietnam. It uses QR codes to simplify payments from desktop and mobile devices.

QRPH

QRPH is the Philippines’ QR code standard, supported by all major banks and EMIs within the country. By using a QR code system, both the sender and recipient have a simplified transaction process, and you can be assured the payment will complete without issue.

PayNow

PayNow is an official payment method based in Singapore, created by the Association of Banks in Singapore, as part of their larger Smart Nation effort. PayNow offers users of most major banks and financial institutions within Singapore the option to send & receive funds direct through their bank site or mobile app, ensuring a fast and secure transaction.
