Webuzo Control Panel Now Available for Cloud Computes

A cloud compute can be a challenging hosting environment if you’re not familiar with managing a Linux server with full root access. We understand most of our clients aren’t Linux experts, and even those who are might not want the extra work of manually configuring and managing their OS environment. With that in mind we make an effort to have a diverse range of web based control panels available, including popular options like cPanel/WHM and DirectAdmin. We have recently updated our control panel lineup to offer paid licenses for the Webuzo control panel!

Webuzo is developed by the same company behind Softaculous, the popular one-click install software we use at Hawk Host for all of our cPanel based hosting plans. Starting at just $2.00/mo for a 1 account license, Webuzo is a great panel for personal users who want the flexibility of hosting in a compute but do not require the full feature set of a standard cPanel/WHM environment. There are multiple Webuzo pricing tiers:

• Personal: $2.00/mo, 1 account limit
• Mini: $4.00/mo, 4 account limit
• Professional: $11.00/mo, 15 account limit
• Business: $18.00/mo, Unlimited accounts

Each of the above licenses offer the same features and access, the only difference is the number of accounts you’re able to create with that license.

Webuzo offers all of the core features you’d expect from any web based hosting control panel, including:

• Create accounts and add domains, databases, email accounts, and more
• Automatic and free SSL issuance through Let’s Encrypt
• Integrated backups, both on-device and remote
• MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, MongoDB, PostegreSQL, and SQLite support
• Node.js, Python, Redis, Memcached, and more software applications
• Two Factor Authentication, Brute Force protection, jailshells
• Third party integrations for CloudLinux, Imunify360, GIT, and AWStats
• Management through web control panels and SSH as the root user

You can add a Webuzo license to your compute directly through our order form when purchasing your compute. Licenses can be upgraded at any time, so if you start with a lower tier license and your requirements change over time, there’s no issue in moving to a higher tier license to increase your account limit.
