Get to Know Our New Knowledge Base

At Hawk Host, we understand that knowledge is power, and we’re happy to announce that we’ve officially launched our updated knowledge base.

At Hawk Host, we understand there are times when you want to speak to our team and times when you just want that answer as fast as possible, even if we may respond in under five minutes. Our previous knowledge base, while it served us well many years ago, was showing its age. It was neither easy to find the relevant documentation, nor was its formatting what you’d expect today.

Our new knowledge base is powered by Astro Starlight, which is used by both large and small companies. It’s completely open source and has an active community behind it. We’ve, of course, made our own adjustments to have it cater towards Hawk Host.

Our team was busy not only importing all our articles but also updating everything to ensure the most up-to-date information is available.

We continue to have great guides for our shared web hosting, like:
