If you wish to have a complete scan, all you need to do is verify your email address, and a comprehensive scan will be performed. The full SEO audit can take 40 minutes or longer, as it scans your entire website and provides a comprehensive report on actionable items that could significantly boost your SEO performance if you’re not already doing the recommended items.

Regardless of whether you opt for the quick or full SEO audit, you will receive different issue priorities.
