Wolverine Blades

I was browsing the Internet today and I came across the most random post on a forum about wolverine blades.  The person posted this picture:

So everyone is asking what is up with that foot?  I am even sort of wondering why is there a foot under the bed.  So can anyone explain this one to me?  This could also be an old picture and I’ve just found it now who knows.
