Cloud Computes now available in Los Angeles!

Los Angeles is joining our Dallas, New York City, and Singapore locations in offering cloud computes! These computes are your own private server environment with full root access, giving you full control to configure the compute however you need and the resources to run a site or application of any size!

Full details of our compute plans can be found on our website. We have plans starting at just $5.00/mo for 1GB of RAM with 20GB of disk or you can scale all the way up to our 16GB RAM plan with 200GB of disk! With full root access the computes can be customized to your specific needs and there are no restrictions on what software you install or what modifications you make to get the best performance possible out of the compute. You’ll be able to choose your desired operating system, including popular choices such as CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora, and Debian.

We often see customers upgrading to computes after they’ve outgrown shared hosting. Our compute plans include the option to purchase a cPanel/WHM or DirectAdmin license, making an upgrade from shared hosting to the compute even easier. Additional software options also include Softaculous, Litespeed, and in the coming months we’ll be able to offer Acronis backups as well! You are also able to purchase your own software licenses to install on the compute so even if we don’t offer software directly you can still utilize it on the compute.

Our computes are powered by the latest generation Intel Xeon processors with our software defined redundant storage system capable of speeds exceeding SSD’s. Our infrastructure uses StorPools distributed architecture to ensure not only the best performance but also redundant storage to ensure your data is always safe. Our Los Angeles datacenter is very popular with customers from the Asia / Oceania regions, as well as individuals on the West coast of North America. Our network was built to provide great connectivity from the major ISPs in Asia to reduce latency and loss, and we’re constantly making optimizations to provide the best experience possible for those customers. Los Angeles is one of the most well connected cities in all of North America and we’ve taken full advantage of that for all customers, both domestic and international.
