Do you set up accounts on the weekends?

Accounts are set up 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays.

For security purposes, all orders are manually verified for fraud. Typical setup times are:

• Shared, Cloud Web Hosting, Semi-Dedicated, and Reseller: 1 hour or less
• cloud vps: 4 hours or less, depending on configuration

If an order is flagged as high risk or requires management review, setup may be delayed up to 12 hours until the appropriate personnel are available.

What to expect after ordering

1. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order and are processing it.
2. You may receive an additional email if a balance must be paid before setup.
3. Once setup is complete, you will receive a New Account Information email with everything you need to get started.

If you don’t see the New Account Information email within a few hours, check your junk/spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our sales department at sales@hawkhost.com.
