How do I upgrade my Cloud VPS bandwidth?

There are two methods you can use to upgrade your Cloud VPS bandwidth:

Method 1 - Upgrade the full Cloud VPS

You can perform a full VPS upgrade, which would not only upgrade your bandwidth quota, but also provide your VPS more CPU, RAM, and disk space. However, a cloud VPS cannot be downgraded, so if you choose to upgrade your full VPS, this will be a permanent upgrade. Follow our KB article to complete a full VPS upgrade: Upgrading your Cloud VPS

Method 2 - Custom Bandwidth Addon

Custom bandwidth addons do not require a full VPS upgrade, and they can be added or removed at any time. Package addons for custom bandwidth upgrades include 1TB of bandwidth for $10.00/mo, or 5TB bandwidth for $45.00/mo. To add a 1TB or 5GB bandwidth addon to your cloud VPS, you can email billing@hawkhost.com or submit a billing ticket through your client area
