Section titled “Live Chat Availability”Hawk Host operates live chat through its website and client area. Our live chat is generally available 24/7/365, however there will be periods where a live agent is not available. Please also try and use our AI helper, as common issues and questions can often be addressed without a live agent. We suggest using our helpdesk or email support options when live chat is unavailable, as those support methods are staffed 24/7/365.
