How can I take advantage of your 30 day money back guarantee?

All shared, semi-dedicated, and reseller hosting services are eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee per our Terms of Service.

To cancel your account and request a refund:

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Navigate to Services > My Services from the menu.
3. Locate the service you wish to cancel.
4. Click the dropdown arrow next to View Details and select Request Cancellation.
5. In the text box, mention that you would like to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. Please also explain why you’re cancelling — this feedback helps us improve.
6. The service will be cancelled within 24-48 hours. Any generated invoices will be automatically cancelled when your request is submitted.

Note: Not all payment methods support refunds back to your original payment source. Contact our billing department before cancelling to confirm your payment method’s refund eligibility.
