How do I cancel my service(s)?
To cancel a service:
- Log in to your client area.
- Navigate to Services > My Services from the menu.
- Click on the service you wish to cancel.
- In the left-side Actions menu, click Request Cancellation.
- Fill in the form with your reason for cancelling and any feedback or suggestions.
- The service will be cancelled within 24-48 hours. You will not be charged if your invoice due date falls within that window.
