How do I renew my hosting account?

Our billing system automatically generates your renewal invoice 7 days before the due date. A copy is also emailed to you. If you have a payment method saved on your account, we will attempt to charge it automatically. You will be notified by email if the charge fails.

There is a 7 day grace period after the due date before your account is suspended for non-payment. If you need more time, contact our billing department to request an extension.

You can also renew at any time through the client area.

To renew a hosting service:

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Navigate to Services > Renew Services from the menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your renewal at Service Renewals.

To renew a domain name:

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Navigate to Domains > Renew Domains from the menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your renewal at Domain Renewals.
