Why can't my cryptocurrency payment be refunded?

In rare circumstances, Hawk Host may be unable to refund a cryptocurrency payment. This most commonly affects Bitcoin (BTC) due to network and miner fees. During periods of high fees, the cost to process a refund may exceed the total value of the refund itself.

We recommend avoiding Bitcoin (BTC) for transactions of $5.00 USD or less. Other cryptocurrencies (BCH, ETH, XRP, DOGE, etc.) generally have lower network fees and are less likely to encounter this issue.

Hawk Host assumes no liability for funds lost through non-refundable cryptocurrency transactions.
