Why was my order flagged as fraud, refunded, or rejected?

All orders are processed through a fraud detection system that verifies your details before the order is accepted. If certain details don’t match, your order may be flagged as fraudulent and your payment automatically refunded.

Common reasons an order may be flagged:

  • Your IP address location does not match the address on your client profile (e.g., your IP is from Canada but your profile address is in another country).
  • The order was placed through a VPN or proxy.
  • Payment details do not match the information on your client profile.
  • The domain associated with your account is suspected to violate our TOS or AUP.
  • The domain is registered under different information than what is on your client profile.
