How do I disable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my client area?
If you have lost both your 2FA device and backup code, open a support ticket for assistance.
If you still have access to your authenticator device:

Log in to your client area.

Click Hello, Your Name in the top-right navigation and select Security Settings.

Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Click here to disable.

Enter your current client area password to verify the request and click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.

Two-factor authentication is now disabled for your client area.
