How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my client area?
The client area supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
Supported authenticator apps
Section titled “Supported authenticator apps”- Authy (recommended) — Android, iOS, Windows
- Google Authenticator — Android, iOS
- Duo Mobile — Android, iOS
- Microsoft Authenticator — Windows, Android, iOS
Enabling 2FA
Section titled “Enabling 2FA”-
Download and install a supported authenticator app on your phone or tablet.

Log in to your client area.

Click Hello, Your Name in the top-right navigation and select Security Settings.

Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Click here to enable.

Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or enter the code manually) and click Confirm.

Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify the device.

Save the backup code in a secure location. This code is needed if your authenticator device becomes unavailable.
