How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for my client area?

The client area supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.

  • Authy (recommended) — Android, iOS, Windows
  • Google Authenticator — Android, iOS
  • Duo Mobile — Android, iOS
  • Microsoft Authenticator — Windows, Android, iOS
  1. Download and install a supported authenticator app on your phone or tablet.

  2. Log in to your client area.

  3. Click Hello, Your Name in the top-right navigation and select Security Settings.

  4. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Click here to enable.

  5. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (or enter the code manually) and click Confirm.

  6. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to verify the device.

  7. Save the backup code in a secure location. This code is needed if your authenticator device becomes unavailable.
