Can you help me transfer from my old host?

All shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting accounts include free transfer and migration assistance from your old provider.

If you are moving from a cPanel-based host, we can complete a full cPanel account transfer including all files, databases, and emails. If your old host does not use cPanel, our transfer assistance is limited to website files and databases.

How to request a transfer

1. Log in to your client area.

2. Select Open Ticket from the main navigation:

   

3. Select the Account Transfers department:

   

4. In your ticket, provide our transfers team with:

   • Your old host’s control panel login URL
   • Your control panel username and password
   • Any special instructions for the migration

   Alternatively, you can upload a backup of your account via SFTP/SCP and let us know the file path.

5. Click Submit. Account transfers generally complete within 4 hours. Our team will notify you when the migration starts and when it is complete.
