How long does it take to set up my account?

For security purposes, all orders are manually verified for fraud. Typical setup times:

• Shared, Cloud Web Hosting, Semi-Dedicated, and Reseller: 1 hour or less
• cloud vps: 4 hours or less, depending on configuration

Accounts are set up 24/7/365. Setup time may vary depending on current staff availability and the information you provide at signup. Orders flagged for review are generally set up within 12 hours.

What to expect after ordering

1. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order and are processing it.
2. You may receive an email stating any outstanding balance must be paid before setup.
3. Once complete, you will receive a New Account Information email with everything you need to get your site online.

If you don’t see your New Account Information email within a few hours, check your junk/spam folder. If it is not there, contact our sales department at sales@hawkhost.com.
