What is your backup policy?

We use Acronis backup software with a 7-day rolling snapshot of everything on your account, including individual files, emails, and databases.

You can restore a single file, database, or your full account by logging into cPanel and selecting the Acronis option. You can also request restore assistance from our team through a support ticket.
