How do I exclude/disable Let's Encrypt AutoSSL on a domain name?

All shared, reseller, and semi-dedicated hosting services include automatic SSL certificate installation via Let’s Encrypt AutoSSL. If you need to disable AutoSSL for specific domains (for example, if you use a third-party SSL certificate):

  1. Log in to cPanel and search for SSL/TLS Status:

  2. By default, all domains are included in AutoSSL. Use the search bar to locate the domain(s) you want to exclude, select them, then click Exclude Domains from AutoSSL:

  3. The selected domains will be excluded from future AutoSSL runs.

To re-include a domain, return to the SSL/TLS Status interface and remove the exclusion.
