How can I change my domain and/or user name?
Requesting a Domain or Username Change
Section titled “Requesting a Domain or Username Change”Hawk Host allows you to change your primary domain or your cPanel account username. To request either change, simply submit a support ticket through the client area or email support@hawkhost.com. In your ticket, provide the new domain name or the new username you would like.
Username Requirements
Section titled “Username Requirements”When choosing a new cPanel username, keep the following restrictions in mind:
- The username must start with a letter (it cannot begin with a number).
- The username is limited to 8 characters maximum.
