How do I allow remote PostgreSQL connections?

Section titled “Overview”By default, PostgreSQL connections are only permitted from the local server. To allow external hosts to connect to your PostgreSQL databases, our support team needs to whitelist the connecting IP address(es) through the server firewall.
Requesting Remote PostgreSQL Access
Section titled “Requesting Remote PostgreSQL Access”Open a support ticket through the client area or email support@hawkhost.com. In your ticket, provide a list of the IP address(es) or hostnames that need remote PostgreSQL access.
