How do I change my cPanel username?
Overview
Section titled “Overview”cPanel usernames cannot be changed through the cPanel interface directly. To change your cPanel username, you will need to contact our support team.
How to Request a Username Change
Section titled “How to Request a Username Change”Submit a support ticket through the client area or email support@hawkhost.com. In your ticket, provide the new cPanel username you would like to use.
Username Requirements
Section titled “Username Requirements”- Must start with a letter (cannot begin with a number).
- Limited to 8 characters maximum.
- Reseller accounts are unable to change their username.
