Installing One-Click Scripts/Software Through cPanel with Softaculous
Softaculous enables one-click installations of over 400 unique scripts and software packages, including WordPress, Joomla, and Magento. Softaculous can be accessed through cPanel and most installations take less than five minutes to complete.
How to Install Software with Softaculous
Section titled “How to Install Software with Softaculous”-
Log in to your hosting account’s cPanel and use the search bar to find “Softaculous”.

Click the Softaculous Apps Installer icon that appears. You will be redirected to the Softaculous interface.

Use the top-left search bar to find your software. The most popular scripts (WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla, phpBB, WHMCS) will be listed directly on the dashboard. Once you have found the software you wish to install, click the icon or software name.

The next screen will give you a brief description and overview of the software you selected. To proceed, click the Install tab.

Depending on the software you are installing, you will be asked relevant information regarding the installation. Fill out the required fields and once completed, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Install button. You can optionally have the installation details emailed to you.

The installation should only take two to three minutes to complete. Once completed, you will see a page showing the message “Congratulations, the software was installed successfully”.

Your software is now installed and ready for use.
