I've Lost My Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Device -- How Do I Access cPanel?
If you have previously configured Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your cPanel account and you have lost your hardware device, we will need to temporarily disable the authentication for you. It is unfortunately not possible for you to access cPanel or disable the authentication without contacting us.
How to Regain Access
Section titled “How to Regain Access”- Email our support team at support@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket through the Hawk Host support portal.
- We will verify your account ownership.
- Once verified, Two-Factor Authentication will be disabled so you can log in to cPanel again.
