How do I reactivate a canceled, terminated, suspended, or closed account?

You may find your client area account in a Closed status, or any of your hosting services may show a status of Suspended, Terminated, or Canceled:

Client Area Closed: If your client area indicates it is Closed when you attempt to login at https://my.hawkhost.com/login you should email billing@hawkhost.com from your account’s registered email address to regain access.

Hosting Suspended: Your service in a Suspended status will display a suspension message on your service details page indicating the type of suspension:

Overdue on Payment: Review your Invoices for past due payments, or contact our Billing department (billing@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket)

TOS/AUP: Check your support tickets for an open Abuse ticket, or contact Support (support@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket)

Any other reason: If the Suspension is not due to payment or abuse, contact our Support team(support@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket)

Hosting Canceled: A hosting service in a Canceled status most often indicates the service was removed due to a customer requested cancellation, or the order was never successfully created. Contact our Billing department (billing@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket) to clarify why the service is canceled.

Hosting Terminated: A hosting service in a Terminated status indicates the service was removed for being more than 30 days past-due on payment. Hawk Host does retain backups of Terminated services (does not apply to cloud compute / cloud VPS), but only for 7 days after Termination. Contact our Billing department (billing@hawkhost.com or submit a ticket) to determine if your account data is recoverable.
