The error Sorry, you have been blocked when submitting a ticket through our client area indicates the content of your ticket submission has triggered our web application firewall (WAF). This most often happens when the content of your ticket submission includes code snippets, server logs, SQL queries, email headers, or any other similar type of technical output:

To resolve this error, you can either:

Instead of submitting the ticket through our helpdesk, use email with support@hawkhost.com instead, as email will bypass our WAF

When submitting your ticket, instead of pasting the content directly into the ticket field, attach any code snippets, server logs, SQL queries, email headers, or any other similar type of technical output as a text file to the ticket
