Why is there a WHOIS and IRTP Verification notice when I've already verified my domain?

If your domain name was registered within the last 14 days, and you have not completed the verification process through email with a verification URL provided by the registry, click Resend Verification Email on your domain.

We are aware of a WHOIS/IRTP banner display bug impacting domain names registered through Hawk Host. Below is the banner you will see on your domain’s details page:

This banner will display even if your domain name or WHOIS contact has already completed the IRTP and WHOIS/RAA verification process. That process is originally completed by clicking a URL from an email sent directly to you by the domain name registry (Registry Verification Emails) If you are unsure of your domain’s verification status, please contact our billing department by email or ticket and provide us with the domain name(s) under your account that you would like to verify their status.
