Does incoming and outgoing bandwidth count against my VPS quota?

Bandwidth usage on cloud VPS plans is calculated from your incoming and outgoing (in+out) traffic and bandwidth usage. This means that all incoming traffic to your VPS, and all traffic sent out of your VPS, will count against your monthly bandwidth quota.

Bandwidth is calculated on a 30 day period. For example, if your VPS is setup on April 4th, your bandwidth usage period will be from April 4th to May 4th, 11:59 PM UTC. Your bandwidth quota will reset back to zero at 12:01 AM UTC May 5th, creating a 30 day usage period. This cycle repeats every 30 days.
