Unable to reset client area password due to lost security question answer or 2FA (two-factor authentication) code

If you have lost your client area password, you can issue a reset through https://my.hawkhost.com/pwreset.php.

If you previously configured a security question & answer, or have 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled, you will be prompted for those requirements during the reset process. Please note the answer to your security question is case sensitive.

If you have lost your security question answer or 2FA code then our team will need to unset this for you. You can initiate an account recovery process by emailing billing@hawkhost.com. Please be sure to contact us from your account’s primary authorized user email address. Our billing team will confirm your account ownership and, once verified, help regain access to your client area account.

We are unable to perform account verification and recovery through live chat. An email to billing@hawkhost.com is required for this process.
